COVID Update: All in-store purchases are final sale until further notice.
If you are not happy with your purchase we offer even exchange or store credit if the item is brought back unused with original receipt within 7 days from purchase. Can I purchase single pillows?
Yes, we keep a stock of pillows which are sold as singles. However, if pillows are marked as a pair they must be purchased as a pair.
How do I clean my vintage textile pillows and other pieces upholstered with vintage fabric?
Because of the delicate nature of our vintage & antique textiles, we recommend dry cleaning only. We do not recommend machine washing & drying, this harsh cleaning process will breakdown the delicate fibers of vintage textiles and cause them to tear.
Why are some items marked as "Call to Purchase"?
Some of what we offer on our online store can only be purchased by phone order. Our larger items, like furniture require a specialized shipping arrangement which is specifically tailored to the customer. We also offer custom furniture and one-of-a-kind items and a phone order is required to insure customer satisfaction.
Why are some items marked as "Pre-Order"?
A pre-order item is a product which requires a special order or is a one-of-a-kind piece. These products have limited inventory but can be purchased online and delivered to your home. To learn more about pre-order items, click here.
What is a Reserve Item?
A reserve item is an item which can be purchased through our website which requires specialized shipping. These items may be picked up in-store or shipped to your home. To learn more about reserve items, click here.
Why are some items I see in store not offered online?
We choose to be specific about what we offer online because we value our in store experience. Our best-sellers and items which will always be in stock are for purchase on our website so our out-of-state customers can continue to browse and enjoy our inventory. While we love giving our customers the ability to shop with us online, we strive to provide our brick & mortar customers with a shopping experience as unique as the items we offer.
Can I customize upholstery & other furniture?
Yes! While some of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we also encourage customers to call or stop by the store to explore our custom options.
Can I use my own fabric for custom upholstery?
Yes! Each piece requires a certain amount of yardage to complete, so if you have your own fabric or textile we would be happy to use it in your custom order.
How long will it take for my custom order to be created & delivered?
This depends on the piece being customized and where the customer lives. We usually ask a customer to allow 5-10 weeks for a custom order to be completed then delivered to their home. However, items made on the West Coast are approximately 6-8 weeks while East Coast vendors can be up to 12-16 weeks.
